Polysciences, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of chemicals, laboratory products, electronics and other specialty products for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. They sell their products online to a global customer base. This project was a redesign of their existing site to improve the user experience and allow Polysciences to easily manage a vast catalog of products across a number of different categories.

The site was built using the cmScribe CMS. Unique challenges on this project included a deeply nested set of product categories, a custom data structure for products (each product can have associated MSDS and Data Sheets which are also available on their site through a separate Technical Library feature), separate pricing for different markets and multi-language content throughout the site.
